The challenge as Senior Planner

As a Senior Transport Planner, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for efficiently planning the available equipment and personnel. You maintain contact with both clients and your colleagues on the road. Outsourcing freight and finding return loads are also part of your tasks. Experience in a comparable position and good market knowledge are desired.

You strive for maximum returns without losing sight of the client's interests.

Additionally, you maintain contact with colleagues and together we ensure a pleasant collaboration. You are flexible, can switch quickly, and never lose oversight in the daily hustle of international transport planning. Collegial collaboration is very important, as well as independence and own initiative.

We will also undergo some exciting developments in the coming period, where your experience, knowledge, and stress resilience will come in handy.

Preferably:

• Higher professional education in logistics.

• Good knowledge of the German and English language.

• Knowledge of modern automation in transport.

• Flexible, stress-resistant, analytical, and able to maintain an overview.

• Able to work well in a team as well as independently and with initiative.

• Social and good communication skills.

• Customer-oriented.
